While the food at dinner was of good quality, it was not always cooked to perfection. the hotel charged for Wi-Fi access, which could be an inconvenience for guests who rely on internet connectivity.

Great location in San Cassiano's center. Spacious and well-heated room. Fantastic shower. Huge breakfast buffet with variety. Polite and efficient staff. Comfortable beds and large bathroom. Nice sauna area. Friendly and helpful dining room staff.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and plenty of hot water. The hotel facilities, including the sauna area and bar, were top-notch. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, both local and international, and the staff were polite and efficient. We also appreciated the convenience of the location, right in the center of this charming city. The hotel had both outside parking and undercover parking available, which was very convenient for us.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the comfortable bed and clean bathroom offered by the hotel. the breakfast served had a wide variety of delicious foods. the location was also a plus, with the ski lift within walking distance. the free parking right outside the hotel was very helpful.
